ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a financial services representative for a major national insurance company, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Attention to customer needs, and a desire to help people make you an ideal fit for Burt Insurance Agency, Inc. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance and financial products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Being a team player and dedicated to the growth of our customer base.
- Being proactive in problem-solving.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
